My stay at the Graduate Providence was truly wonderful, with spacious and clean rooms and a fantastic on-site gym. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, creating a pleasant environment. However, my experience at the Providence Biltmore was less favorable due to issues with room cleanliness and the presence of an unpleasant odor during my stay. The historic charm of both hotels was a highlight, but the inconsistent service at the Biltmore detracted from the overall experience.
